Jan Clark + Fiona Pfennigwerth + Bronwyn Greive

Exhibition dates:

22 May 2025

15 June 2025

Opening with Jan Clark, Fiona Pfennigwerth & Bronwyn Greive from Midday Saturday 24th May

Jan Clark, Fiona Pfennigwerth, and Bronwyn Greive met while studying Natural History Illustration at the University of Newcastle. Though their styles differ, they share a deep connection to nature and friendship.

Jan transitioned from textile art to scientific illustration before embracing abstraction, which conveys emotion beyond realism. Fiona expresses her love for nature and faith through detailed watercolours, including The Book of Psalms Illuminated. Bronwyn integrates diverse media, often using textiles to explore sculpture, printmaking, and mixed media.

Their work offers unique perspectives on the natural world—through abstraction, realism, and tactile exploration.
