Thursday 11 August 2016 - Sunday 4 September 2016

An opening event for students, teachers, family & friends will be at 6pm on Friday 12th. ALL WELCOME, PLEASE COME AND SUPPORT THE STUDENTS.

Gloucester High School students attempting the HSC Visual Art course have created their work over 12 months and developed their material and conceptual practice to create a Body of Work.
The students select a media area, referred to as an "expressive form", to work with to complete their artwork. The students are marked on the depth of engagement that they achieve in their body of work.
Works are marked out of fifty and receive a school based mark known as an internal mark and then they are marked by a team of markers from the Board of Studies which represents the external mark.
Any work that achieves a top 10% mark will be automatically considered for Artexpress
2016 students bring a variety of forms and ideas to the exhibition displaying a range of depth and skill in their final works.
These students have worked consistently for the past months to get their work to the high standard that is on display here.
