Submission Terms and Conditions

• It's FREE to exhibit and participate.

• Submit by Monday 9 June 2025.

• Works will be exhibited from Wednesday 18 June - Sunday 13 July.

• Works can include, but are not limited to, painting, ceramics, weaving, photography, carvings, digital, music.

• Submissions will be carefully considered by gallery curators

• The exhibitor/s agrees to images of the artwork and images related to the exhibition being used in promotional material for GACCI and the Gloucester Gallery. 

• The copyright of each work in the exhibition shall remain the property of the exhibitor/s.

• Your work(s) can be marked for sale or not for sale. There is Gallery commission on sales

  
  

• Deliver work to Gloucester Gallery 25 Denison St Gloucester NSW, on  Monday 16 June between 9 am and 12 noon or email gallery@gloucester-arts.com.au to arrange an alternative time.

• The gallery will be open everyday during NAIDOC 6-13 July 2025.

• Artists are encouraged to volunteer in the gallery during the exhibition.

• Collect unsold works at the end of the exhibition from 12 - 1pm on Sunday 13 July, unless different arrangements are made.
